The current Old Colony, REALTORS® training schedule features action plans which includes instruction, activities and supervision designed to ensure financial success of the new agent.  In addition, our CORE program offers the newly licensed agent modulated in-class and online instruction covering everything from effective use of technology systems provided by Old Colony, REALTORS® to the implementation of a business planning strategy intended to ensure not only financial success, but a quality lifestyle.

You will learn how to effectively guide purchasers into making smart buying decisions, how to prepare offers for the purchase of their new home and how to negotiate between buyers and sellers for winning outcomes!  This program will also give you the knowledge and confidence to effectively represent sellers in the transaction.

The learning never stops at Old Colony, REALTORS®.  Throughout the year, classes and seminars are provided to increase knowledge and skills for agents looking for new ideas to enhance the quality service they provide clients; wanting to learn how to work “smarter, not harder”; or just need an interesting and valuable class to fulfill their annual “CE” requirement.
